Which documents do you need to sell your property in Turkey?

Foreign citizen buyers and sellers will need to supply the following documents to sell property in Turkey.

Passport : As a foreign citizen property owner who wants to sell any property, your original passport required to start to sale process. If the buyer is foreign citizen, same as the buyer is required original passport.

Tax Number. You should already have a tax number if you are an owner of a property in Turkey.

Title Deed.

Valuation document of your property from the Local Councel.

Valuation document of you property from an Appraisal Company.

DASK insurance if you are selling a house or apartment.  If not, your agent can get prepared one before the sale prosses started. If so, it will be be better to be prepared on the buyers name the policy will be valid for one year, and the property will be covered for the risks.

And a signed document to start the sale process. Y
our agent or solicitor will explain you what your are signing for.

After preparation of the sale documents, and ready to sign by the seller and buyer, sale documents will be signed while interpreter with you and transleting you what you are siging for at the Land Registry office and the sale will be completed.
